Immersive Sound Baths

Therapeutic vibrations of instruments like crystal bowls, and chimes to promote deep relaxation and healing. The resonant frequencies of these sounds help to clear blockages, reduce stress, and align your energy, facilitating a state of harmony in both the body and mind. During a sound bath, you’ll be immersed in soothing waves of sound, allowing you to release tension, restore balance, and experience a profound sense of inner peace.

All Levels Yoga 

Yoga combines mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to promote physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Offering a range of styles: Chair, Yin, Yang, Gentle, Hatha, and Restorative yoga, to align the body and mind. Guided Meditation

Kundalini Yoga

A dynamic practice that combines movement, breath, mantra, and meditation to awaken the dormant energy within you. It’s designed to elevate consciousness, enhance spiritual awareness, and release emotional and physical blockages. Kundalini practices are intended to help you access your highest potential and create lasting transformation by stimulating your body’s energy centers (chakras), unlocking creativity, and promoting personal growth.
