Mindful Woman Profile

Kundalini & Pranayama

A dynamic practice that combines movement, breath, mantra, and meditation to awaken the dormant energy within you. It’s designed to elevate consciousness, enhance spiritual awareness, and release emotional and physical blockages. Kundalini practices are intended to help you access your highest potential and create lasting transformation by stimulating your body’s energy centers (chakras), unlocking creativity, and promoting personal growth.

Group Yoga Session

Yoga combines mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to promote physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Offering a range of styles: Chair, Yin, Yang, Gentle, Hatha, and Restorative yoga, to align the body and mind. Reiki Healing Session

A powerful practice that helps quiet the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and inner peace. Through various techniques such as mindfulness, guided visualization, and breath-focused practices, meditation nurtures mental clarity, emotional balance, and a greater connection to your true self. About Sierra Jade 

Sierra Jade is an esteemed yoga teacher, and restorative sound bath facilitator based in Clermont, Florida. She works with individuals from all walks of life; from healthy bodies, to those recovering from chronic physical, and mental illness. Her emphasis on alignment, and matching breath with movement allows for a safe and mindful asana practice. Sierra has been practicing yoga since 2012, and has completed two 200 HR. Yoga Teacher Trainings, with a continuing education background in trauma-informed yoga, Kundalini, and Reiki. Sierra offers private, group, and corporate classes where she teaches a variety of sequences in Chair, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Tantric Yoga. Apart from her passion for yoga and sound, Sierra is a creative writer and painter; she uses her sadhana practice to fuel her creativity.
